1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rizz AI website (rizzai.fun) or the RizzFlex mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lit Publishing ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

RizzFlex is an AI-powered mobile application and Rizz AI is the companion website that provides users with AI-generated rizz lines, pickup lines, conversation starters, and related content. The Service includes features such as Text Rizz, Photo Rizz, Bio Openers, Reply Helper, and Daily Rizz, available across 13 rizz styles and 10 languages. The Service is available in both a free-tier and a premium subscription tier with enhanced features and capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' access.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent, including reselling AI-generated content.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Service or extract content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RizzFlex offers three premium subscription tiers:

• Weekly: $2.99 per week
• Monthly: $6.99 per month
• Yearly: $34.99 per year

All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Subscriptions).

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and all original content, is owned by Lit Publishing and is protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content (rizz lines, pickup lines, conversation starters, and similar outputs) produced through your use of the Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may copy, share, and use AI-generated content in personal conversations and on social media. You may not reproduce, sell, license, or commercially exploit large collections of AI-generated content from the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND CONVERSATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS, ACCURACY, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT. USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT IN YOUR PERSONAL INTERACTIONS IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIT PUBLISHING, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of the Service, you may simply stop using it and cancel any active subscriptions through your device's subscription management settings. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lit Publishing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
